SAYA
With a big development boom currently underway in the picturesque city of Querétaro, along comes Q7001, an ingenious, mixed-use complex with its very own blend of hotels, offices, residential quarters, and commercial center.
N+1 was charged with the creation of a stylish, cozy interior design for the residential division of the project, called SAYA, and the accompanying sales office. Keeping in mind that the atmosphere we created would be visited, prodded, analyzed, and dissected by a vast swarm of very different people with very different tastes, we kept it simple and classy, using soft colors, rich touches of wood, and featuring plush pieces from our own line of furniture. The result is a modern, pleasant, throughly livable space.
